How the Dietary Challenge Works:

Over 6 weeks, you will dedicate yourself to a simple elimination diet of a few of the generally accepted inflammatory and processed foods in your diet. Slowly and with a dedicated team, processed sugar, wheat, and most grains, dairy, alcohol, transfats, and meat will be eliminated from your diet to help your whole body system reset and identify any potentially symptomatic foods that could be affecting your health.

How the Fitness Challenge Works:

You will receive daily physical training to help you build muscle, increase stamina, provide better mobility, and create more energy. These pieces of training will include strength, cardio, yoga and stretching, and breathwork to meet your physical abilities. Minimal equipment is required. A pair of dumbbells and a pair of tennis shoes are all you need.
